• CIR: Doe v. U.S. So-termed 'Segregated' Summer Camps (run by Texas A&M and funded in part by the National Science Foundation) agree to settle and pay damages to white, 12-year-old 'Michelle Doe'. (April 12, 1996 press release about the settlement on the case)
